Sliding scale (reduced fee) is available on a limited basis.
I am in network and accept Presbyterian, Tricare, United,and Medicaid insurances. I can also accept out of network benefits, which includes many PPO plans. If you are unsure what your out of network or in network benefits are, please contact your insurance company.
